The United Nations has released a report addressing some of the most pressing security issues facing the international community.
The U.N. report says nuclear proliferation is one of the major challenges facing the world community today. The report paints a bleak picture, saying the international community is "approaching a point at which the erosion of the non-proliferation regime could become irreversible and result in a cascade of proliferation."
The U.N. document says currently eight countries are known to have nuclear arsenals: the United States, Great Britain, Russia,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], France, China, India,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Pakistan and Israel, although not all of them admit it. The report goes on to say almost 60 states currently operate or are constructing nuclear power or research reactors. One of the authors of the report is former U.S. National Security Adviser Brent Scowcroft. He says the focus of nuclear non-proliferation efforts has changed since the international nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty came into effect in 1970,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
"When that treaty was written,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we thought that the most difficult part of making a nuclear weapon was the device itself and that was beyond the capacity of most countries. And so one has to stop proliferation by stopping the ability to enrich uranium or to reprocess spent fuel rods and obtain plutonium," he says.
Mr. Scowcroft says the U.N. report recommends that the International Atomic Energy Agency, or IAEA, guarantee the supply of fissile material for peaceful nuclear purposes. He says some states don't want to be dependent on other countries for a supply of enriched uranium, so they will want to enrich their own.
"So what we said is 'no; we'll let the IAEA guarantee the supply of uranium as long as you meet the IAEA's guidelines and the IAEA will contract with nuclear suppliers to provide that uranium,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], thus removing any reason for a state to say its has to enrich its own uranium,'" he says.
Nuclear non-proliferation is one of several issues addressed in a report by a 16-member panel of diplomats and former world leaders appointed by U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan. Mr. Evans says whatever alternative is accepted, it will make the Security Council far more relevant in addressing major international issues.
"If you don't move to broaden the base of an organization like the Security Council,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you have an inevitable decline in its authority over time, a decline in the willingness of the countries around the world to accept the authority of a body that they just don't feel that they're represented on," he says. "And this is particularly important with the Security Council being the only fully empowered executive international body that we have,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which does, in fact, engage in life or death decision-making or non-war decision-making, very regularly; which is a body which legislates, in a sense - it might not be supposed to, but this is what it does - very often by laying down obligations on states in relation to terrorism or other things."
The full report has been sent to all the U.N.'s member states. It is expected to be discussed next September in New York during celebrations marking the 60th anniversary of the world body.

My Story

Jackie, my sister Karen Hayes, also a hypnotherapist, and I took the first level of training together in Idaho that year. Since then, I continued to train and am now a certified instructor of both Basic and Advanced ThetaHealing®.
In the first class, we were taught and challenged to practice remote viewing. We learned the steps to command change in the human body and mind. One of the first things taught was DNA activation, in which the activation of all DNA strands is commanded. It is a very specific process that creates the following possibilities: emotional cleansing, physical cleansing, stamina, spiritual vision, and other spiritual gifts.
As a result of having my DNA activated, I did not notice any huge shifts, until about nine months later,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], when I was working with a client and sensed a presence in the room. It was a deceased family member of my client. Since then, I have often had “visitors” and have been able to “see” them. This has been a good experience. I was taught how to see and communicate with guardian angels, but I had never spontaneously seen spirits prior to my training. One day after working with a client and being very much in my right brain using the Theta Brain Wave, I had to return to my normal administrative duties. A young man approached me to pay for his group session. I “saw” a big ruddy- complexioned Viking standing behind him! I was still in a very relaxed state and experienced this calmly. One week later, this same young man was waiting inside the office for a ride and he asked me, “What was that spiritual thing you told me last week?” In my left executive functioning brain at the time, I queried, “Huh?” He replied, “You told me you saw a Viking standing behind me.” I entered Theta and looked. I first saw boots and then the rest of the Viking. When I am in my left or logical brain,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it takes some effort (a few seconds) to get into the Theta Brain Wave state. (Logically thinking, it feels a little scary to look for something that is not normally seen with the physical eye) I told the young man that yes, I still saw the Viking. The expression on the Viking’s face was one of joviality. He carried an axe and was much taller than the young man. Sometimes I wonder if it is my imagination or am I actually seeing? This young man helped to verify my experience by stating that someone else had seen and told him about this Viking Guardian Angel.
This five-minute DNA activation procedure opened up a world of healing possibilities for me to work on myself and others. It helped me realized I was witnessing actual changes occurring in my clients. I benefitted in other ways,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], such as manifesting.
I began to notice that my thoughts began to manifest fairly quickly, as long as my feelings and beliefs were congruent and it was God’s will for me. My son had similar experiences with manifesting after his activation.
I activated my son’s DNA and he noticed that when he thought about what he wanted, he often got it. For example, tickets to a Broadway musical and an iPod, etc. were given to him within minutes of thinking about how nice it would be to have it. This is not unusual. Making a Difference: Client stories
I began to do DNA activation for my clients. One woman who came to see me told me that she could not visualize in color. She told me that when she imagined, it was always black and white. She said her nighttime dreams were also black and white. How sad, I thought to myself. I thought her problem might be related to a core belief and made a mental note to approach her with that idea later. I proceeded with a ThetaHealing® session and was impressed to offer the DNA activation. She agreed (you must always get permission from the person you are working with). Within that same session, she said she could now imagine in color! At her next session, she reported that she was dreaming in full Technicolor! I was delighted!
One of my clients who had been ritualistically abused from infancy told me she had an erasure program instilled. When she went to get therapeutic help, she would forget everything done in the previous session. This happened after our first session. She returned and said, “I don’t remember anything we did last time.” I thought to myself, “How tragic” and “How am I to help her if she can’t keep the work we have done and add upon it?” I decided right then to use the Theta Healing process to command the elimination of her erasure program. It only took a few minutes. Then I used ThetaHealing® to rehearse all that was done in the previous session. After that she remembered everything in our sessions.
Another client was very uptight and somewhat ADHD in behavior, and traditional relaxation suggestions were ineffective. With permission, I took the client by her hand, entered a Theta Brain wave state and this client immediately relaxed both mentally and physically, as I witnessed her affect and rapid eye movement. This transmission of relaxation and the slower brain wave of Theta occurred, because cells talk to cells. ThetaHealing® creates instantaneous rapport and relaxation. Theta is a great icebreaker, because Source Energy is soothing and connecting. The silent commands are made while the practitioner is in certain brain wave patterns and speeds,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and instant healing can occur.
I worked on a client who had pain in her neck every morning upon awakening. She reported an accident she had as a young girl that she felt was related. I did the process and commanded healing, witnessed an energy moving and she felt warmth in her neck. She reported that she woke up the next day without pain. Another man took the book and worked on his back that had hurt him for years and was instantly healed and no longer in pain.
My sister Karen’s friend, Lance, took Vianna’s first book on ThetaHealing® and read about the process. He decided to work on himself. He had had a problem with fluctuating blood sugar levels since he was in his teens. He asked his Doctor to describe to him exactly what was going on in his body and his physician told him that the pancreas was not receiving messages to stop the flow of insulin into the blood stream. His diagnosis was hypoglycemia. Lance followed the process, commanded the changes needed and experienced instant healing. This was in the spring of 2010. Lance said that he gradually went off of the medications under his physician’s supervision. He has not had a problem since and is now able to eat sugar without a problem.
Karen worked on a client whose leg was missing a bone and had been since birth. It began to grow and the physician was amazed! Vianna tells further stories of broken bones being healed. Vianna tells her own story of being healed of cancer after being told she had three months to live. I worked on a woman who had neck pain every morning upon awakening. She said it was a result of a childhood injury. I commanded and witnessed healing energy in her neck. I must put a disclaimer here, because results may vary. A client may have a core belief interfering with their healing. Beliefs must be addressed. There also may be a secondary gain. If a patient is near death and wanting to leave this life, then ThetaHealing may be applied as a comfort. ThetaHealing is an adjunct to Western Medicine and can be used in conjunction with all that modern medicine has to offer and is not advised to be used solely for health and well being. I know that when I use ThetaHealing® and listen, I am directed and the work is spiritual in nature. The client feels the power of Source energy and changes begin at a very deep level. What the client needs, the client gets. One client recently told me that during a session, he realized what was behind his addictive behaviors, what feelings and events of the past were related.
It can be used for clearing a person’s energy field and removal of entities. One young man came to see me because he was suddenly hearing voices that were telling him negative things. I confirmed that there was no family history of such experiences and no formal diagnosis from a psychiatrist. I agreed to help. Once he was in trance, I set up finger signals and retrieved the following feedback from this young man. There were three voices. One was a wayward (deceased or disembodied), the other two I will describe as dark. ThetaHealing® commands caused the entities and spirit to leave, one by one. When I called two weeks later, the young man said the voices were gone and had not returned.

Controversial I know, but if there is one thing that will make a difference to your bottom line it is when you realise that your business is that of MARKETING! I have worked with some amazingly talented, educated, and brilliant people over the years, who have fabulous reputations yet only mediocre businesses. I have worked with and watched other individuals who are good in everything they do and their businesses keep growing. What stands out is those in the second group GET that they are in the business of marketing, and they know that by focusing on their message and marketing to their target audience,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they will achieve their sales. However, the first group often get stuck with working in their businesses that they don’t appreciate the importance of MARKETING until it is too late.
